Join us in East Wittering, West Sussex, for a relaxed Creative Making Session creating your own little concertina book inspired by all the cosy details of autumn.

You’ll fold a strip of watercolour paper into a small book, then fill each panel with simple seasonal illustrations, painted colour and modern calligraphy. Choose from pumpkins, autumn leaves, woolly jumpers, hot drinks and rainy-day favourites, or add your own ideas to make your book personal to you. We’ll guide you through each stage, so you can keep your designs simple or add more detail as your confidence grows.

No previous experience is needed, and all materials will be provided. You’ll be working around our shared table in our light, welcoming studio overlooking the countryside, with tea and coffee close at hand. By the end of the session, you’ll have a charming handmade book to display on a shelf or mantelpiece throughout autumn.
