What You'll Learn
Across the five sessions, we’ll take a calligraphic design from the first sketch through to a finished set of lino-printed Christmas cards.
Worksheets are included to use alongside the sessions.

What You'll Need
What You’ll Need
Lino or soft-cut rubber carving blocks · Polystyrene foam, either bought or saved from product packaging · Lino-cutting tools, including a V tool for fine lines and a U tool for wider cuts · Pencil and paper for sketching · Tracedown or carbon paper for transferring your design · Water-based block-printing ink in your chosen colours · Brayer or roller · Palette or smooth tray for spreading the ink · Good-quality printmaking or drawing paper · Blank pre-cut cards or watercolour paper for folding · Baren or wooden spoon for rubbing the back of the paper · Bone folder for creasing folded cards (optional)
