About the Event

Tutor: Sophia Rogers

This inspiring workshop will give you the enviable skills you need to make reconnecting with friends and family over the summer months extra special!

Use the techniques you learn with us to create beautifully unique-to-you drinks menus, bottle tags, food flags, ‘welcome’ banners, cards, gift tags and any other magical flourishes you can dream up to adorn your home or garden.

This 2.5 hour pointed nib workshop is specifically designed for beginners. Carefully structured, our lesson plan takes you through guided exercises, creating the letters of the alphabet and turning them into elegant words. We’ll build your confidence by gradually adding to your understanding of the techniques, including how to skillfully use metallics and blend colours to create stunning ombre and gradient effects.

Each ticket will include a special gift from us - a beautiful bundle of stationery supplies, perfect for you to personalise to let people know how much you’ve missed them!

All your worksheets and templates are yours to keep, so you can continue to practice your calligraphy with them at home.

We take safety at our workshops seriously and we will do everything  necessary to keep you safe and have a great workshop. We have a rigorous  workshop hygiene procedure, socially distanced work stations, and  practice no-touch teaching.
